The following terms and conditions cover services that are provided by HFBA Trading Limited ("HFBA", or the "Company"), a company incorporated in Malta (No. C107370).
If you enrol with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use the website or enrol with us.
Information and Disclaimers
Whilst HFBA works hard to prevent any errors and omissions, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, performance or completeness of information offered on this website for any particular purpose or use.
The material on this website is owned by or licensed to HFBA and includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction of any material is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice and with permission given.
HFBA will not be held liable in connection to the website, products or services offered either by us or by others. This includes direct, indirect or consequential losses. We are not liable for any financial losses caused as a result of using the website.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you accept that HFBA is not responsible for the welfare of members.
Rights
HFBA reserves the right to change or alter any part of the website, with or without notice, both temporarily and permanently. We always work to maintain the website at all times, however, it is subject to change.

This website may also include links to other websites or applications. These links are provided for the user’s convenience to give further information. They do not signify that HFBA agrees with or endorses them, and HFBA is not liable for their content.
Pricing
Payments between HFBA and its users are handled by Stripe, Inc. and PayPal. All prices on the website are correct at the time of writing and are subject to change at any time before an agreement is made. Once an agreement is made between HFBA and a user, the price is fixed unless stated otherwise.
Although we try to ensure all prices are correct at all times, there may be an occasion when something is priced incorrectly. We will verify the cost at the point of payment.
Refund Policy
You are entitled to a refund of the enrolment cost within the first 14 days of your purchase (with your purchase date counting as Day 1), provided that:
You have not attended any one-to-one coaching calls (not including your Roadmap Call).
You have not received any feedback from us after submitting an idea via any of our product idea forms.
If you have questions in relation to this policy, or would like to apply for a refund under the above conditions, please fill out this form here.
If you fall outside of the 14-day refund period, there are no exceptions to this policy. For example, if you decide that this business model is "not for you", or you are unable to complete the programme for personal or other reasons (including an unforeseen change in personal circumstances), or you are restricted from selling on Amazon due to trying to circumvent or break the rules.
Payment Plans
You may be given the option to pay for the course via a monthly payment plan.
If you fail to make any of the payments on time, you will be automatically unenrolled from the programme and all of its services immediately. Our payment processor will automatically continue to collect owed funds until the outstanding balance is settled.
You will not be entitled to a refund, and you may be liable for late payment charges.
The payment plan can only be cancelled if you notify [email protected] within your 14-day grace period and you meet our refund criteria. See the Refund Policy section for more details.
If you change your mind about progressing with the course after the 14-day grace period has elapsed, the payment plan cannot be cancelled and you will still be charged on each remaining payment date. No refunds will be provided, nor will access be given if you cancel your payment plan after the 14-day grace period has elapsed or if you do not meet our refund terms.
Success Guarantee (Accelerate Members only)
In the unlikely event that you have an unsuccessful product launch with Amazon FBA (as defined below), and you have followed the corrective steps issued by the HonestBrands coaches after contacting them, we will provide you with support as set out in this section.
We define an unsuccessful product launch as one where your long-term product (i.e. not one launched under any fast-track programmes) does not generate sales in excess of the purchase price of your HonestBrands membership within 3 months of you starting to sell your product on Amazon.
In order to qualify for the guarantee, you must have:
Submitted your product/listing to us via the product idea form, the product verification/order form, and the listing review form, with confirmation from us at each stage that you are okay to continue.
Ensured your product and product listing do not infringe on any patents, trademarks or copyrights.
Attended at least 1 live session per week since enrolling with HonestBrands.
Attended all of your one-to-one coaching calls (4 in total).
Completed 100% of the course content.
1. Guarantee Coverage
HFBA offers a Success Guarantee to participants subject to the conditions below.
If your product launch is deemed unsuccessful (as defined in Section 2), and you have complied fully with the requirements in Section 3, we will provide continued one-to-one coaching support until a satisfactory turnaround has been achieved.
2. Definition of an Unsuccessful Launch
For the purposes of this guarantee, an “unsuccessful launch” is defined as follows:
- The product launched under our coaching does not generate sales in excess of the total purchase price of your HonestBrands membership.
- The above shortfall occurs within a period of three (3) months from the date your product goes live.
3. Conditions of Eligibility
To qualify for the Success Guarantee, you must demonstrate compliance with all of the following:
3.1 You submitted your product and listing for review through the official product idea form, product verification/order form, and listing review form, and received written confirmation from HonestBrands to proceed at each stage.
3.2 You ensured your product and listing do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
3.3 You attended a minimum of two (2) live group coaching sessions per calendar month from the date of enrolment. Four (4) live coaching calls are made available each week.
3.4 You attended all four (4) scheduled one-to-one checkpoint calls.
3.5 You completed one hundred percent (100%) of the course content.
4. Support Process
4.1 In the event of launch difficulties, you must submit a support ticket via the community portal and provide a direct link to your Amazon product listing.
4.2 HonestBrands coaches will review the listing and provide corrective recommendations.
4.3 If, after following these recommendations and meeting all other requirements, your launch continues to qualify as unsuccessful, we will schedule a one-to-one turnaround call and provide ongoing one-to-one support until a turnaround is achieved.
5. Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply in cases where:
- You fail to meet any of the conditions set forth in Section 3.
- Your product is suspended, removed, or restricted by Amazon due to reasons outside of our control (including but not limited to policy violations, intellectual property claims, or account-level enforcement).
Coaching
The HonestBrands Accelerate package comes with unlimited support and 4 coaching calls with our specialist coaches, lasting up to one hour each.
Any questions outside of these coaching calls, unless confidential, should be directed in the first instance to the Discord community board so that others can learn and we can all help each other. If you feel you'd like more detail in any answer that you've been given, you can also email us.
Community Groups
Once you have paid for the course, you can request to join the HonestBrands community groups that are linked in your joining email.
Joining on the Accelerate package entitles you to 12 months’ access to the Accelerate community group, as well as our Q&A and product research live sessions. After this period, membership can be extended for $80 per month.
The groups and live sessions are there for you to ask questions, help others, and post updates on your journey to date. They are not there for you to advertise or promote affiliate links or any other external links without our permission, nor are they there for you to engage in anti-competitive practices or abusive behaviour. You will be removed from the group if you break any of these rules.
